Phil has also had 13 years of invaluable and direct experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Management sector including 3 years as a motel owner/operator in Akaroa, Hotel General Manager of a large Hotel business on the West Coast, Senior Manager with the Canterbury Hospitality Group in Christchurch, the General Manager of the West Coast Bar & Grill in Christchurch and more recently the General Manager of an Otago based Hotel Motel complex, so It is fair to say, Phil understands the Tourism and Hospitality industry extremely well, knows what makes a property “hot” and is happy to share his knowledge with you. Phil was born in Westport and is a keen sportsman including golf and tramping and as a cricket umpire, is currently on the first class cricket panel (hence the grey hair!) Based in Dunedin, Phil looks forward to working with all clients in the Tourism Accommodation, Hospitality and Leisure sectors and particularly working closely with vendors and buyers in the Otago / Southland and South Canterbury Coastal Regions.
