For over 19 years Steve worked as Waiter, Barman, Chef, Accountant, and as a Hotel Manager, and for 7 of those years Steve owned and operated his own restaurants. He’s done just about every hospitality job, rolling up his sleeves and getting stuck in. Steve has a lot of respect for owners of hospitality businesses; he knows from experience how hard they work.

For the last 10 years Steve has worked for a large US Information Technology company. He held roles in workforce planning, operations, and business performance with responsibilities across Asia Pacific. His assignments have included roles in global teams reviewing and implementing business systems and processes. His hospitality experienced served him well, applying a focus on the customer; aiming to get it right first time, and in delivering exceptional service.
