Construction comprises a concrete foundation with concrete ground floor and timber framing. Exterior cladding comprises plaster over timber frame, aluminium window joinery and coloursteel roofing. 

Ground floor accommodation provides a reception area, office, kitchen, dining, laundry, toilets and bathroom amenities and 16 bedrooms. 

First floor accommodation provides a guest lounge, toilet and bathroom amenities, 18 further bedrooms being a mix of single rooms, dorm rooms and self-contained studio managers accommodation. 

Second floor accommodation provides a self-contained one bedroom managers flat. 

Overall the complex has 34 rooms providing 62 beds at an average of 1.82 beds per room.

Wonderful - The staff was helpful and friendly at all times! Warm blankets so perfect and needed :) I liked it that everybody had their own food locker and big kitchen! Good location as well not that far walking distance to the city!.
