If you want a better view than this, you're going to have to buy yourself a helicopter!!
It is very difficult to say too much about this property. Without a doubt, it offers one of the best views in the area, and I would suggest also in the country. Not only is the view absolutely spectacular, but it constantly provides interest as the ferries from Russell to Paihia trade back and forth, and the flotilla of local and tourist craft make their way both in and out of the bay.
Personally, I find it hard to leave every time I go there, as you end up being captured by this unparalleled vista. This magnificent home is the result of years of hard work, and the love and attention shows. It has been built to bathe in the beauty of it's surroundings, so much so, that if you ever get sick of the view, you'll have to go and hide in the garage.
The interior is beautifully laid out, with an extensive list of premium quality chattels, almost all of which will be transferred to the new owner. Apart from the high quality Rimu furniture and leather lounge suites, this house even comes with it's own Grand Piano, with an auto play feature so that guests can sit on the deck dining, soaking up the view with live piano music playing in the background.
Wood is featured throughout the interior, from it's beautiful Kauri stairway and flooring, to the extensive list of Rimu furniture, tying in with the cedar interior walls. The house is laid out over three levels, with the guests accommodation on the first and second levels, and the owners accommodation entirely separate on the third. There are two large wrap around decks on the first and second levels, with 3 smaller decks elsewhere.
On the first and second floors are three bedrooms for guests. There is an additional bedroom annexed to the garage area which has been used in the past for a part time staff member, but could be used for friends or perhaps converted into additional accommodation. On the top level there is a two bedroom owners accommodation, with it's own kitchen, lounge and bathroom. In total there are 6 bedrooms, 4 lounges, 4 kitchens and 8 bathrooms, multiple stairways, internal access double garaging and plenty of storage.
This premium establishment attains premium tariffs, and is very much appreciated by it's guests who have a taste for the finer things in life. The comments book glows with their recommendations, and so it should.
Although there are still a few things left to be done here, it is beautifully presented. A change in life circumstances mean that the existing vendor is unable to take this incredible home any further, which gives you the opportunity to move in to a fully furnished mansion, that has an established trade and effective marketing in place.
The new owner will be able to get paid to live in a location that is second to none, with a breath-taking view from dawn till dusk, and a lifestyle that only the Bay of Islands can provide. If you are looking for a lifestyle business in the Bay of Islands area, and if you see yourself providing high quality accommodation for discerning guests, and if you want to take advantage of all the free time that this business allows, then the Harbour House Villa is definitely a must see.

BROKERS COMMENTS
OK, I guess I've used up my fair share of superlatives, but man, oh man this place is gorgeous. Anyone, I swear, anyone who can afford this, and sets foot there will want to own it. If you go there and you aren't impressed, I'll take you out to dinner!!

The Bay of Islands is a sailor's paradise, a good sea breeze with flat water, a sheltered anchorage for any wind direction, all in a maritime reserve which allows you unlimited access to all bays and islands.
The Bay of Islands is an area in the Northland region of the North Island of New Zealand. Located 60 km north-west of Whangarei, it is close to the northern tip of the country. It is one of the most popular fishing, sailing and tourist destinations in the country, and has been renowned internationally for its big-game fishing since American author Zane Grey publicised it in the 1930s.
The bay has many interesting historic towns including Paihia, Russell, Waitangi and Kerikeri.
In a 2006 study, the Bay of Islands was found to have the second bluest sky in the world, after Rio de Janeiro.
