We had a 1 bedroom apartment on top floor with stunning views over the St Clair and St Kilda beach. Nicely decorated with style, comfortable bed with warm blankets. The lounge was cosy with a great heater which made the place nice and warm. The 3rd bed was in the lounge and worked well for us. The kitchen is separate and has all you need, even a plunger (bring coffee). Excellent place to stay if you have a car and don't want to be in the centre of Dunedin. Lovely restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

We often visit Dunedin and really enjoyed the location at St Clair. The apartment had separate living, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom- apart from the bedroom- all were small but immaculate. The decor is tasteful and everything was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep and we loved walking beside the sea before breakfast the next morning.

Spent 5 nights at the St Clair apartments and what a fantastic find they have been. We were fortunate to get a top floor room with views over St Clair beach. Great choice of 4 or 5 eating establishments all in walking distance. Only a 5 minute drive to the CBD and excellent facilities. Spotless clean, our room was serviced every day ! Will certainly return here on our next visit.

We stayed here for three nights and wished we could have stayed for longer. We were on the top floor (3rd) and had amazing views of the Pacific Surf. We were entertained by the surfers on the big rollers. The bed was large and very comfortable and as with all our accommodation in NZ had dual electric blankets. There was a plug-in oil filled radiator if needed. The bathroom was a large wet room. The Kitchen was equiped with all the conveniences of home. The lounge was again a large room with sofa, easy chair with a table and chairs by the window allowing views of the surfers whilst having breakfast. All in all very comfortable accommodation. The Apartments are very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Garaging for your car was available on a first come basis, with free on street parking for the unlucky ones,
