The Raumati Sands Resort has 21 two-bedroom luxury apartments, quality accommodation in the heart of the greater Wellington region at Raumati Beach on the Kapiti Coast.
The property is in a great location for seeing many of Kapiti's attractions. Only 100 metres from the beach, the complex is ideal for those wanting to stay near Kapiti Island and explore all that there is to enjoy in the area.
This high growth region demands a wide range of accommodation requirements covering the corporate, tourism, event and weekend escape segments. On the doorstep of Raumati Beach the Sands, while benefiting from all core accommodation, additionally enjoys substantial support during peak holiday periods.
The quality and fully equipped nature of the units is also of definite appeal to longer term stays with outdoor balcony and patio areas affording views over the central pool, spa and barbecue facility. With a beach resort theme that has been clearly reflected in the complex design, prime growth locality and beach proximity, Raumati Sands is well positioned to meet both current and future accommodation requirements in the locality.
Major local developments within the region should ensure sustained and continued growth within both the short and medium term.
With the purchase price the buyer will own the business rights and purchase the owners accommodation apartment which includes the reception and laundry - back of house area and so providing comfort in the security of ‘bricks and mortar’ ownership.
Highly recommended viewing as this is as close as it gets to ‘lifestyle’ living in the accommodation sector.
All of the apartments are two storied and the size of a small home, with the complex offering a luxurious heated pool and a hot tub. The two bedrooms on the upper level have a king size bed and two single beds with their own balcony while the lower level living areas comprise a full designer kitchen, separate dining, spacious lounge and laundry.
Every apartment has a large, private outdoor patio area. Some apartments have sea views, overlooking Kapiti Bowling Club and Marine Gardens Reserve.

Positioned adjacent to the main entrance, and taking advantage of the overall street appeal of the complex, the reception area reflects the facility quality during initial client contact. Supporting areas for breakfast preparation and linen/laundry facilities are located to the rear of the reception area.
Quality chattels complement the spacious areas with excellent shelving and storage. Internal access ways to the owner accommodation, central pool area and garage complete the lower level configuration.

The Kapiti Coast (formerly known as The Golden Coast) is the name of the section of the coast of the south-western North Island of New Zealand that is north of Wellington and opposite Kapiti Island. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Wellington Regional Council. Kapiti means "joining" or "boundary": the island was at one time the boundary between the rohe (territories) of two Māori iwi.
The district stretches from Paekakariki in the south to Otaki in the north. It includes the towns of Te Horo, Waikanae, Paraparaumu, Raumati Beach, and Raumati South, and smaller localities such as Maungakotukutuku, Otaihanga, and Peka Peka.
Along the thin coastal plains at the foot of the Tararua Range, the Kapiti Coast in common parlance also includes the neighbouring areas south to Plimmerton to the north of Porirua Harbour, and in the north includes some of the coastal areas of Horowhenua such as Waikawa Beach and even Hokio Beach, close to Lake Horowhenua.
Kapiti Coast District extends inland to the top of the Tararua Range, whereas in the public perception the inland hill country is rarely considered as part of the coast. Kapiti is possibly most famous for its island, Kapiti Island. This is a bird sanctuary, and a permit is required to visit.
