Wallace Court Motel offers convenient accommodation in Wellington and is situated close to the New Zealand School of Dance, Wellington Hospital and other private hospitals, Massey University, Wellington International Airport, Wellington Zoo and more.
The business which is for sale is one that can be operated by one or both depending on what you want to do in this wonderful city by the sea. There are 10 motel units 4 x one bedroom and 6 x Studio units, Guest Laundry and a nice BBQ area out front.
There is a nice 3 bedroom apartment for the owner operator and with ground floor and adjacent access to reception and outside.

The Wallace Court Motel is a nice small property that has comfortable rooms and is tucked in away from the busy main streets of the city. Excellent parking and easy to get to most central locations in the city. The occuapncies are good and the business makes a tidy little income good for the average 10 room property. I don't understand the comment in Tripadvisor re refurbishing - take a look at the photos - real shots of nice rooms !!
Would be my choice as a good semi retirement gig in the big Welling-town.

Wellington stands at the south western tip of the North Island of New Zealand on the Cook Strait, the passage that separates the North & South Islands of New Zealand.
The city is the southern most national capital city in the world with a latitude of around 41 degrees south. It is also the most remote capital in the world and is more densely populated than most settlements in New Zealand.
More than most cities, life in Wellington is dominated by the Central Business District where 62,000 people go to work and where there are many wonderful restaurants and bars and recreational facilities made available for the visitor and local population.
Wellington has a reputation for its beautiful natural harbour and green hillsides adorned with tiered suburbs of colonial villas. Of the total 500 square kilometers in the Wellington region 190 square kilometers is set aside for parks and reserves.
