Broker's Comment

This property represents a good lifestyle opportunity to purchase an 11 unit motel business, a family home to live in, and a seperate building leased out and providing good rental income. Alternatively the new purchaser could continue to lease the home for additional rental income.

The size of the property also provides development opportunities such as additional motel units, cabins or campervan/caravan sites.

The option to purchase just the motel block also is offered.
