Ross Larsen was born in the Fiji Islands and after attending to hospitality studies he embarked on a Hotel Management Career with management positions at the Pacific Harbour Resort and as Resort Manager at the Mana Island Resort in Fiji.

He joined the Sheraton hotel group and managed hotels for Sheraton in Auckland, Rotorua, Fiji, the Cook Islands and in Bangladesh. He managed the Swiss-Belhotel resort in Bali and returned to Fiji as the General Manager of the Namale Resort & Spa, owned by Tony Robbins.

He has also managed private and resort Golf Clubs in Fiji and New Zealand.

From 2004–2008 Ross managed cruise ships as a Hotel Director on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line ships sailing out of Galveston, Los Angeles and Seattle in the U.S.A.

Ross is a Certified Hotel Administrator C.H.A.

Ross is the Tourism representative for the Lower North Island, of New Zealand, including the regions of Taranaki, Hawkes Bay, East Coast, Whanganui, Manawatu, Wairarapa and Wellington. He is also a Registered Real Estate Agent in Fiji, and associated with Jokhan Realtors Limited (based in Fiji). Tourism assists Ross in the marketing of his listings, properties and businesses, in Fiji.
