The Pavilion is one of the closest motels to Massey University, College of Education, scientific/research institutes and popular wedding venues. A 15-minute walk to the city centre, cafe bars, cinemas and shopping.
The accommodation is a large size 4 bedroom home with its own private courtyard with very spaceous dining and kitchen areas. There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and one double bedroom with ensuite downstairs with a mezzanine lounge area also upstairs. The main lounge, Dining and Kitchen areas are adjacent to the reception office.
The Pavilion is a very nice and modern motel operation very close to most amenities and strategically positioned to attract good business from the University, for sporting groups, families visiting friends and relatives and for the corporate traveller.
The accommodation for the managers is particularly impressive, giving that rare opportunity not always available in motel living, for the owners to relax in a very pleasant home surrounding.
What I particularly like about this motel is that there is an openess all around, with the motel grounds being almost resort like. Certainly a pleasant environment to be kept busy in.
