I would like to say again that we are among of three beautiful beaches  The Praia Brava beaches is famous internationally for good surfing.  We have here the school of surfing and paragliding and  you can practice almost all types of sports, from classical to radical.  We are in the country, but nearby is a small village of Portuguese origin with church, school, medical, etc.

We did evaluate our property and told us that it is extremely nice  with so many flowers , birds and trees between native, exotic and fruit trees and it  has an infinite value, but if you must give commercial value by the lot size , the surface area, the number of rooms and bedrooms , the value would be approximately 8,500,000 Reais

The owner has decided that he and his wife want to return to Italy to be near their children and they have " decided to sell the whole property and it is why we do not have  interest  to keep some of ownership, or the operation of the hotel if it were sold. "
