This awesome Restaurant & Bar situated right on the waterfront in Apia provides one of the best dining experiences anywhere in the world!

The view out sea and the coral reef normally includes the great sailing, kayaking, outrigger canoes or the fautasi boats, plus do not forget the beautiful seabreeze and sunsets which makes "Sails" one of the best "meeting place" bars for a late afternoon drink and tapas.

The Restaurant is normally set up for 75 - 90 covers for both lunch and dinner each day and sit down functions for weddings, birthdays, both bugget and a la carte seats 160 covers.

The layout of this complex allows normal dinning to continue while smaller groups can be catered for their function, seminar or conference.

Seminar set up seated at conference tables allows for 80 - 100 and cocktail parties and product launches allow for 250 guests.

(As an example a function for the UN on 5th October 2011 provided a comprehensive food and beverage service, a live band and speeches for 175 guests)

Function, conference and seminar clients include the Prime Ministers office, Chamber of Commerece, Police Department, UNPD, Samoa Water Authority, Ministry of Natural Resources, transam / Reef Shipping.

Also included in the Business complex is:

Gift shop with an area near the front entrance about 2.5 m in length x 2.0 m. The shop sells cards, books, lavalavas, small items for last minute travelers

Studio room  -  this small one bedroom room as en-suite shower, toilet – a bed and washbasin  and private entrance – it has been used previously for visiting overseas chefs.

Generator/  Water  – the property is completely self sufficient with a generator that will take the full load – and a 5000 Lt water tank with pump.

There is potential opportunity to develop the complex further with over the water fales in fron t of the complex. The Government has given a postive reaction to the proposal so far.

The property and business package includes the buildings, a long crown lease, extensive chattels and the Goodwill of "Sails Restaurant & Bar" which has become an "iconic" restaurant, conference, seminar, function venue and bar complex in Samoa going back many years.
