All guest rooms enjoy the same facilities with the emphasis on comfort and freshness. The beds and linen are of high quality and there is a selection of pillows to help ensure a good night’s sleep. The rooms are equipped with clock radio/alarms, electric blankets, hairdryers, heaters,  and a closet for storage

Adjoining the guest rooms is the guest reading room with fully-equipped kitchenette, comfortable lounge chairs and wireless broadband computer access.

The owners’ accommodation

This is completely separate from the guest rooms. On the ground floor an expansive kitchen/dining/lounge room has wonderful views. Upstairs is the lovely owners’ suite complete with walk in robe and full bathroom.

The property offers 4 bay garaging with internal access, plus an additional skyline-type building currently used as a photographic studio.

Everything presents very well indeed. The internal décor is well-considered and the exterior has just been repainted.

“124 on Brunswick” rates 5 stars on TripAdvisor and 9.6 (Exceptional) on Booking.com.  The business currently operates just 6 months of the year.
