Comfortable apartment within walking distance to town 9/10

Good location, within easy walking distance to town. Comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities in a very compact space! Everything we needed for a short stay. We would return and I would book an apartment with a view next time!

We liked this older style property with generous size rooms, nice modern bathroom with heated tile floor. My room had a nice view with balcony looking south down Lake Wakatipu & out towards the Remarkables. The room received morning & afternoon sun. Nice modern kitchenette with dishwasher & hob, plenty of kitchen utensils & crockery/cutlery. Big super king bed with with good bedside lighting. Plenty of free onsite parking. Very close to town & the gardens for early morning exercise & walking. Very quiet & no road noise.

I had a very memorable stay here with seven other family members in two separate apartments for a week. Memorable for all good reasons. Gorgeous views from both levels of the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment I stayed in. Modern, clean, comfortable beds and furniture and attentive housekeeping staff. All conveniences installed such as dishwasher, decent size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer. Proximity to Queenstown village was good as well – a short stroll down the hill. Breakfast available on site at an affordable price.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to Queenstown. It had everything we needed, a nice spacious room with a kitchenette, clean bathroom and free parking. The staff were very friendly and our room was serviced each day. It is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town and easy access to the main road out of town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the garden court suites. It was a short walk into town, although the trip home was uphill. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was serviced everyday and had a spa in the bathroom. The kids loved that we got milo everyday with the tea offerings. We had a problem with our dishwasher and it was attended too quickly and a new one was installed the next day. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a few coat hooks being that we were here in winter. We loved it and would definitely come back again.

Found this online but turned out to be just what we needed for our 3-day stay in this terrific little city. Unit was tidy and clean, roomy enough, & comfortable beds. Location was fantastic—easy to walk downtown or enjoy views of the lake and mountains nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a reasonably priced lodging when you want a bit more space than a hotel room.

Stayed 4 nights and loved it. The room was nice and clean, had everything we needed, bed was comfy too and the room was serviced everyday. Receptionist was amazing and very welcoming, our room was ready so she allowed us to check in early so we could get some sleep after our long journey down here from Whangarei. Great location, close to town centre and the bus stops are literally on the door step. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you!! 😊

We had a two bedroom suite which has kitchen, washing machine & dryer, two bathrooms and a lounge/living space. Great for our family of four. Walking distance to town yet away from the night time noise of QT central. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Excellent Location, units large & extremely well appointed, very clean ★★★★

Travelled in a group of 8 men on a golf trip, and found these units ideal for our needs. They are situated a short walk from town and can cater for large numbers. The units are 2 bedroom (one upstairs and one downstairs, both with their own bathrooms). They have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and every one has it’s own laundry.

They are very quiet at night, have parking facilities and are very secure. You could not find a better place to stay whether it’s a couple, a family or like us a sporting group.
