When you walk into a motel, it takes about 5 seconds to realise if it is good, average or bad. I was blown away with what I found after a friendly, simple check-in. It was like living in your own flat in a quiet, tree-lined street. And yet the centre is only a ten minute walk away. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen and shower were perfect. If I ever return to Invercargill, I will base my stay around the availability of this place. I have travelled the world and this one is right up there. Fantastic.

We are regulars at Heritage Court – because there’s nowhere else we’d rather stay when in Invercargill. Awesome location, spotlessly clean and comfortable, owners Tina and Don are a real delight and lovely people, and there are even friendly neighbourhood cats popping in for a visit. Once you’ve stayed here, you won’t bother with anywhere else. Can’t recommend highly enough!! Would give 10 stars if possible.
