This accommodation is a truly lovely private getaway 5 mins from main st Hokitika. It is surrounded by a rural outlook. So peaceful. Clean & comfy. Restaurant on site which is also very good. I would Highly recommend.

Friendly and Welcoming, Beautiful country outlook. Out of Hokitika but not that far. Extra Large Room and Spa Bath. Only fault was that the TV was too small for the space. Free WIFI Only stayed one night but pure luxury. Did not dine in Restaurant as closed. Lovely outdoor balcony area.

We did not have a booking, arrived by chance and from start to finish it was a great experience, great value for money, very friendly and just a nice place to stop over. Rooms are well appointed and a little country vista through the glass doors onto the balcony makes a nice way to finish the day. Worth the little drive out of Hokitika

Fabulous accommodation with spacious rooms that are extremely clean and well looked after. The beds are very comfortable and I love the underfloor heating in the bathroom! There is a small kitchenette that is well equipped. Stations Inn is only 3 minutes drive from Hokitika and is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Sitting at the top of the Spur it offers the most incredible, uninterrupted views of Tasman Sea (except for the llamas in the paddock!) from every room. Watching the sunset is wonderful as is watching the ever changing sky. Having the excellent restaurant just across the carpark makes for a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast (continental and delivered to the room the night before) is delicious – fresh seasonal fruit, muesli, yoghurt and OJ. I highly recommend Stations Inn as well worth a visit.

Fabulous clean unit in a gorgeous location! We had raced a cyclone that was going to hit Hokitika hard at 4 pm. Arrived at 3:30 pm with the storm just getting started. At 4 pm the cyclone kicked into high gear. We were cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed to weather the storm. Staff went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure that we were OK. Gorgeous view from our patio sliding door and windows that looked over the inn’s mini-farm that had a few cows, sheep and herb/vegetable garden.

Very helpful, friendly staff and the restaurant is a beautiful setting also with amazing views and the food is brilliant, especially the desserts! Had a very memorable stay and would recommend to anyone.
